Because of the nature of Lunote products, each bundle is thoughtfully prepared and packed with care as a gift-like experience. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If there is an issue with your order—such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—please contact us at contact@lunote.shop within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. This helps us quickly review the situation and make it right for you.

A small note: each item is made and packed with care, so slight differences in color, components, or packaging may naturally occur.
